    WizPure™ MMLV RTase (RNase H+) is an RNA-dependent DNA polymerase that synthesizes the first-strand cDNA from a single-stranded RNA template hybridized to a primer. It can extend primers on RNA or single-stranded DNA templates, and notably, second-strand cDNA synthesis can be achieved from some mRNA templates without additional DNA polymerase.
