ROX Reference Dye

ROX Reference Dye (50X) is an inert dye formulated for Applied Biosystems (ABI) and Stratagene real-time PCR instruments. 
Its fluorescence remains constant during PCR and can be used to normalize well-to-well variations caused by pipetting errors or instrument differences.
