    WizPure™ qPCR Master (SYBR)

    WizPure™ qPCR Master (SYBR) with ROX Dye is an optimized ready-to-use solution for real-time quantitative PCR assays. It comprises all the components necessary to perform qPCR: antibody-mediated hot-start Taq DNA Polymerase, ultra-pure dNTPs, MgCl2, SYBR Green I, enhancer, and stabilizer. Hot start DNA Polymerase is activated by a 5-minute incubation step at 95°C. This prevents the extension of nonspecifically annealed primers and primer-dimers formed at low temperatures during qPCR setup. The kit includes the components necessary for performing PCR amplification and has been successfully used to amplify and detect a variety of DNA targets such as genomic DNA, cDNA, and plasmid DNA.  WizPure™ qPCR Master (SYBR) Lo-ROX kit and WizPure™ qPCR Master (SYBR) Hi-ROX kit are optimized ready-to-use 2X master mix solutions for real-time quantitative PCR assays. It comprises all the components necessary to perform qPCR: antibody hot-start Taq DNA Polymerase, ultrapure dNTPs, MgCl2, SYBR Green I, enhancer, stabilizer, and ROX reference dye ensures that the kits deliver fast, highly-specific and ultra-sensitive real-time PCR.
